In 2020, the human race was searching for meaning and a positive outlook that could guide us through the most unprecedented time of our lives. In collaboration with Nike Yoga, we celebrated the inspirational perspectives of elite athletes, Phyllis Francis and Logan Aldridge. Our narrative was centered around mental health and physical well-being. Phyllis and Logan shared their personal journeys, how they incorporate yoga into their daily practices, and the many ways it supports and benefits them as professional athletes.
